One Syndications is an emerging racing syndicate with aspirations of being the leading syndicator Down Under. We're passionate about racing and focused on giving Australians the chance to own and be part of a team fostering some of the most exciting talent in the industry.
As people who have enjoyed their fair share of race days and the thrill of picking a winner, we've worked to build a platform that shares that experience with other like-minded people.
We operate out of Rockhampton, Brisbane and Sydney with a representative at each centre.

From a family with over 50 years of successful business management in the Rockhampton region and an equivalent depth of experience in the Rockhampton and wider Queensland racing scene, Brandon is a strong advocate for thoroughbred racing. Recently appointed a committee member of the Rockhampton Jockey Club, he brings knowledge, racing experience and a strong network to the team.
With 10 years across engineering and investment banking roles in Brisbane, Sydney and London, Josh brings strong business acumen and a high standard of professionalism to the racing scene. From a family deeply involved in the equine industry, he is passionate about the sport and about getting the experience right for owners.
Tom is the form analyst and bloodstock agent behind our horse selection, and the racing manager who plans where each horse runs. He reads the form, works the sale catalogues and sits down with our trainers on placement, race by race. He also holds a stake in the business, so the horses he picks are his to answer for.
